Right of first refusal for 2017 will be given to sponsors securing Diamond, Sapphire, Pearl and Emerald spots. Investment opportunities are detailed below:

Diamond Sponsorship: $50,000

• Exclusive sponsorship of program’s major event, Diamond Club Awards Gala (Friday evening)
• Guaranteed seating at head table during Gala
• Complimentary hotel accommodations for two
• Recognition/promotion in: program of events, welcome literature and printed menus
• Access to all events
• Extended speaking opportunity during Friday morning breakfast meetings
• Advance copy of attendee list for planning purposes

 

Sapphire Sponsorship: $25,000

• Exclusive sponsorship of Arrival Hospitality and Happy Hour Event (Thursday afternoon)
• Complimentary hotel accommodations for one
• Selection of and naming rights for “welcome” beverage to be passed by wait staff during event
• Recognition in onsite print materials
• Access to all events

Ruby (20 spots, 19 remaining) Sponsorship: $10,000 SOLDlimited to 20 sponsors

• Access to all events
• Ruby Sponsorship’s are limited to one attendee, please. You may bring a guest or additional company representative for an additional $500.

 

Sponsorship Add-On: $2,500 each

With the purchase of ANY sponsorship level, you may increase your exposure by adding an activity sponsorship for an additional $2,500. Activities take place on Saturday. NOTE: One sponsor per activity; sponsorship is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The following activities are available for sponsorship:

• Architectural and Celebrity Homes Tour
• Cooking at Copley’s on Palm Canyon
• Golf on La Quinta's Mountain Course
• San Andreas Fault Jeep Eco-Adventure
• Spa Treatment or Salon Service
• Trail Ride through Indian Canyons

Each activity sponsor will receive the following:

• One confirmed spot for sponsored activity
• Signage at or near the activity location
