Upon receipt of your registration, Express Scripts will reserve a hotel room for you. As our guest at the Outcomes Symposium, it will be our pleasure to sponsor your attendance, including rooms at the hotel on June 5 and 6. If you wish to extend your stay, you may take advantage of our group room rate, which is available for three days before and after the Symposium dates1.

Air Transportation

Dallas Love Field Airport

Dallas Love Field Airport is the closest to the conference hotel. If you're traveling into Dallas on Southwest, Delta or Virgin, we recommend arriving into Dallas Love Field.

DFW International Airport

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is located less than 20 miles from the conference hotel. DFW has five terminals (A-E) and services 23 major airlines.

Ground Transportation

After collecting your luggage, you may use the transportation of your choice and proceed to the hotel. Ground transportation options are listed below. Express Scripts will provide return transportation to both airports on Thursday, June 7, at the conclusion of the Symposium.

At Dallas Love Field, taxis are available on the upper level across the street from the baggage claim wing of the main terminal building. At DFW, taxis are available on the upper levels of terminal A, B, C, and E, and the lower level of terminal D. The estimated taxi rate to the hotel is $25 (Dallas Love Field) and $55 (DFW).

Uber operates at both airports. The estimated one-way rate to the hotel is $20 (Dallas Love Field) and $35 (DFW).

To make a one-way reservation, please visit supershuttle.com. The estimated one-way rate to the hotel is $14 (Dallas Love Field) and $16 (DFW). Please note, the shuttle may make multiple stops en route to the hotel.

1 Express Scripts will pay for the conference fee, hotel rooms on June 5 and 6, 2018, food and beverages at all conference events and ground transportation to evening activities and return transportation to the airport on June 7, 2018. Attendees are responsible for their airfare and transportation to the hotel. Please refer to the Travel & Accommodations page of this website for ground transportation options. Attendees will be required to provide a credit card upon check-​in to cover incidentals at the hotel. Spouse/family attendance is not covered nor permitted for this conference. Cancellation penalties will be applied to those guests who do not provide 24 hours' notice as we are paying for their hotel stay.

The Express Scripts Outcomes Symposium is solely a research-​based educational event and is not used as a forum for sales. Our facilitation of this event is in no way intended to influence the benefit or other purchasing decisions of those in attendance, and Express Scripts recognizes that such decisions are to be made by plan sponsors in the best interest of their members and participants. We realize that some government or corporate representatives who receive invitations may have restrictions regarding payment of expenses for the Symposium. It is the attendee's responsibility to check with their corporate ethics officer or agency ethics official before booking travel arrangements.
