When is the registration deadline?

Registration closes on Friday, May 11, 2018. We recommend that you register early, as space is limited.

Who pays for the Symposium?

It will be our pleasure to sponsor your attendance, if your organization allows, including rooms at the hotel on June 5 and 6, food and beverages at all Symposium events, exciting evening activities and ground transportation to evening activities and return transportation to the airport on June 7, 2018. All you have to do is make your own air travel arrangements¹.

What happens when I arrive in Dallas?

After collecting your luggage, you may use the transportation of your choice and proceed to the hotel. Please refer to the Travel & Accommodations page of this website for transportation options.

How should I dress?

Dress is business casual for all sessions and events. Please bring a light jacket or sweater. Historically, the temperature in the General Session ballroom has been cool. Casual attire is recommended for Tuesday and Wednesday nights' events.

Attendees are responsible for their airfare and transportation to the hotel. Please refer to the Travel & Accommodations page of this website for ground transportation options. Attendees will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals at the hotel. Spouse/family attendance is not covered nor permitted for this conference. Cancellation penalties will be applied to those guests who do not provide 24 hours' notice as we are paying for their hotel stay.

The Express Scripts Outcomes Symposium is solely a research-based educational event and is not used as a forum for sales. Our facilitation of this event is in no way intended to influence the benefit or other purchasing decisions of those in attendance, and Express Scripts recognizes that such decisions are to be made by plan sponsors in the best interest of their members and participants. We realize that some government or corporate representatives who receive invitations may have restrictions regarding payment of expenses for the Symposium. It is the attendee's responsibility to check with their corporate ethics officer or agency ethics official before booking travel arrangements.
