Housing is now closed.

All reservations and changes are being submitted to the hotels October 15, 2018. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system.

Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation. If an advanced deposit was paid, please contact MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade) at 866-268-0193 (US & Canada) / 972-349-5431 (International) to request a refund.

Onsite housing assistance in the convention hall near registration will be available beginning, October 21, 2018.
