NCTM has reserved a block of sleeping rooms for conference attendees and exhibitors in and around the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC. By booking through the MCI USA Housing Reservation Center by March 31, 2018 you will not only receive reduced room rates, but you will also be helping NCTM keep hotel costs down for all conference attendees.

Housing is now closed.

All reservation and changes are being submitted to the hotels April 17, 2018. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system.

Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation. If you cancel after April 17 and an advanced deposit was paid, please contact MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade) to request a refund.

Onsite housing assistance will be available in the convention hall near registration beginning, April 24, 2018.
