Group Housing Policies and Procedures

Each Group may request one room for every paid registration in their Group. To create a block of rooms, please review the below policies and click I agree to all policies and procedures. Immediately following this Internet session, you will receive an email confirming your block request. Within (5) five business days, you will receive via email a confirmation of your room block assignment, at which time you may begin managing your room block.

Group rooms' blocks must be booked no later than Thursday, March 26, 2018. Rooms or room nights not booked and secured with the required deposit by Thursday, March 26, 2018, will be removed from your block and released for general sale without notice.

You will have continued access to your room block by entering your Contact ID number and password to make any necessary changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations until Thursday, May 17, 2018.



Payment Information: A non-refundable deposit of one (1) night's room and tax for each room blocked is required to reserve your requested room block. Should you choose to cancel any rooms from your block, you will forfeit the one (1) night's room and tax deposit for each room cancelled.

Please note: Rates quoted are for single (1 person/1 Bed), double (2 people/1 bed) and/or double/double (2people/2beds) occupancy. Some hotels may charge an additional fee for more than two (2) occupants per room.
