Debit/Credit Card Hotel Policy
For a third-party individual, whose name is not on the room reservation, to pay for the room, he or she must contact the NAA Housing to request full payment be processed or obtain and complete the Hotel Credit Card Authorization Form, sign it and fax it to the hotel prior to arrival. Guest should keep a copy of the form in case of a challenge at check-in.
Please be advised: unless you provide a different credit card at check-in, the debit/credit card used to secure your room reservation will be authorized by the hotel at check-in for the full amount of your stay, plus an additional amount per day to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel or MCI USA will not be responsible for any resulting over draft fees or charges.
