Housing is now closed.

All reservation and changes are being submitted to the hotels May 8, 2018. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system.

Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation. If you cancel after April 23rd and an advanced deposit was paid, please contact MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade) to request a refund.

Onsite housing assistance will be available in the convention hall near registration beginning, Monday, May 14, 2018.
