To avoid a cancellation fee you must cancel your reservation by January 5, 2018. Beginning January 6, 2018 any cancellation will result in the loss of the one night room and tax deposit/processing fee. If the team falls below the agreed upon 12 room nights the credit card on file will be charged for each room night under 12.
