| Cancellations |
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Prior to September 15, 2009: Attendees will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation/substitution processing fee.
- September 15-30, 2009: Attendees will receive a refund of 25% of their paid registration fee.
- After September 30, 2009: A cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
- Complimentary registration for PRSM retail members is contingent upon attendance at the 2009 PRSM Mid-Year Conference. If a registrant does not actually attend the conference and does not cancel in writing by September 15, they will be charged a no-show fee of $75. Any no-show fees will be charged after the conference.
