If you are interested in sharing a room at the Hilton Bayfront with another Obesity 2010 delegate, please send an email to obesity@wyndhamjade.com. Your email should include the following information:

Email address
Phone number
Gender

Wyndham Jade will send you a list on 8/16, 8/23, 8/30 and 9/6 of same-gender attendees who are willing to share rooms. Neither The Obesity Society nor Wyndham Jade assumes responsibility for matching roommates nor any liability resulting from your shared reservation. We are merely providing a list of potentially interested room-maters and their contact information, based on requests received at TOS offices.

When you receive the list of potential roommates, it is your responsibility to contact the individual(s), determine arrival and departure dates, and payment arrangements, and then one of you should make the actual reservation for each of you by logging on to the official Obesity 2010 housing site.(http://www.wynjade.com/obesity10)
