NCTM's Promotional Materials Policy
By registering for a 2012 NCTM Regional Conference & Exposition, participants grant NCTM the right to use, in promotional materials, their likeness or voice as recorded on, or transferred to, videotape, film, slides, audiotapes, or other media.
NCTM is committed to ensuring that our regional conference is fully accessible to all persons. Contact NCTM with any special needs requests as defined by ADA by email at ada@nctm.org or fax to (703) 295-0956 before September 24, 2012.
Online housing and registration is now closed and you will need to pick up your badge onsite. Please bring your registration confirmation on site to expedite printing of your badge. To register onsite, please visit us in the registration area of the Connecticut Convention Center beginning Wednesday, October 24th, at 5:00 pm. If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

Register by phone Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (CST) and book your hotel room all in one call. To register as a member, please have your NCTM member number ready. To complete your student registration, you will be asked to send a photocopy of your student ID.

Print and complete the form for your registration type then return it to the address or fax number indicated.
Individual Registration Form: This form can be used for member, non-member, and non-member student registrations. Students must include a photo copy of their student ID in order to complete their registrations.
Group Registration Form: This form can be used for registering five or more people.
Onsite registration is available for groups and individuals at the onsite registration rates.

NCTM will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing, prior to the conference by October 5, 2012. Cancellations received after September 28 will not be eligible for refunds.
Pre-registered attendees will receive their name badges by mail two weeks prior to the conference
Program Books will be available for pick up on site during registration hours. An electronic copy of the program book will be available at www.nctm.org/hartford in September.
