Four Easy Ways to Register
Register by September 27, 2010 and save up to 25%!
Register online, by phone, fax, or mail in just a few easy steps. Pre-registered attendees will receive their badges by mail two weeks prior to the conference and can pick up their program book onsite. You may elect to receive your book by mail for an additional $10 mailing fee.
Below you will find all the information you need to register yourself or groups of five or more attendees in just a few easy steps! Be sure to check our registration rates to see the ways you can save!
Online Registration
Member Registration: To register online and receive the discounted member rate please have your NCTM Member Number ready. If you do not know your member number, you may contact NCTM Customer Service at 800-235-7566 or nctm@nctm.org. A representative can assist you Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Student Non-Member Registration: To register as a student non-member you will need to attach a scanned copy of your student ID in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to attach a copy of your student ID please follow the instructions for registering by mail or fax.
Non-member Registration: Your non-member registration fee includes a one-year membership with NCTM and a year's subscription to an NCTM journal of your choice.
Group Registration: To register five or more attendees you must register by September 27, 2010.
Register by Phone
You may register by phone Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. CST and book your hotel room all in one call. To register as a member, please have your NCTM Member Number ready. To complete your student registration, you will be asked to send a photocopy of your student ID.

Register by Mail or Fax
To register by mail or fax, print the appropriate form for the type of registration you would like to purchase and return the completed form to NCTM Registration by mail or fax. Registration contact information is included on the form.
Individual Registration Form: This form can be used for member, non-member, and non-member student registrations. Students must include a photo copy of their student ID in order to complete their registrations.
Group Registration Form: This form can be used for registering five or more attendees. Group registrations will not be accepted after September 27 ,2010.
Registration Policies & General Information
Cancellation Policy: NCTM will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing, prior to the conference by October 15, 2010 . Cancellations received after October 15 will not be eligible for refunds.
ADA: Contact NCTM with any special needs requests as defined by ADA by email at ada@nctm.org or fax to 703-295-0956 before September 27, 2010.
Your Program Book: NCTM's Online Conference Planner is available to assist attendees in planning for the conference and the program book will be available online in September. Unless specifically requested, program books will not be mailed and can be picked up on-site. However, for a $10 fee, those who register by September 27 can choose to have an advance copy of the Regional Conference program book mailed to them three weeks before the conference. You will be given this option on the registration form.Program Books will not be mailed to those residing outside the United States or Canada. Please mark the appropriate check boxes provided on the registration forms.
Your Badge: Attendees will receive their badges two weeks prior to the conference.
Onsite Registration & Program Book Pickup
Come to the on-site registration area to pick up your program book or register. If you preregistered, received your name badge in the mail, and opted to pay the additional fee to have your program book mailed to you, you do not need to come to the registration area.

Modify an Existing Registration
You may make modifications to an existing registration online by using the links below.
Modify an Individual Registration: To modify your registration please have your Web ID ready. Your Web ID can be found on the email confirmation you received. To modify your registration by phone please contact NCTM Registration at (888) 747-8704 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (CST).
Modify a Group Registration: Please have the login information you created at the time of initiating your group registration.

No refunds will be processed for those eligible to qualify for a lower rate, yet register with the group. Submit the Group Discount Preregistration Form to register.
