Four Easy Ways to Register and Reserve a Hotel Room


Attendees will receive their badges two weeks prior to the conference.

We encourage registrants to join NCTM's Go Green initiative and opt to receive their Program Book onsite. If desired, you may instead elect to receive your book by mail. There is a $10 mailing fee for the Annual Meeting Program Book and a $5 mailing fee for the Research Pre-Session Program Book. You will be given this option on the registration form. Program Books will be mailed three weeks prior to the conference and will be available online at nctm.org/sandiego in February.

Cancellations: NCTM will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing by April 9, 2010. Cancellations received after April 9, will not be eligible for refunds.

Pre-Registration deadline is March 12, 2010.

    If you are registering for the Annual Meeting and would like to use an On-Line Purchase Order as a form of payment, you will need to attach a scanned copy of the signed Purchase Order in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to attach a scanned copy at this time, you will need to complete a registration form and fax that to NCTM Registration with a copy of the Purchase Order.

  • Student Non-Member Registration: Click here to register.
    If you are registering as a student non-member you will need to attach a scanned copy of your student ID in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to attach a copy of your student ID at this time please complete a registration form and fax the form along with a copy of your student ID to NCTM Registration.
  • Non-Member Registration: Click here to register.
  • Research Presession Only: Click here to register. Research Presession rates are $116 for Regular Registration & $58 for Student Registration.
  • Group Registration: Click here to register 5 or more attendees. Group registrations will not be accepted after March 12, 2010.
