Pre-registered attendees will receive their badges by mail two weeks prior to the conference and can pick up their program book onsite. You may elect to receive your book by mail for an additional $10 mailing fee. Below you will find all the information you need to register yourself or groups of five or more attendees in just a few easy steps! Online RegistrationMember Registration: To register online and receive the discounted member rate please have your NCTM Member Number ready. If you do not know your member number, you may contact NCTM Customer Service at 800-235-7566 or nctm@nctm.org. A representative can assist you Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Student Non-Member Registration: To register as a student non-member you will need to attach a scanned copy of your student ID in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to attach a copy of your student ID please follow the instructions for registering by mail or fax. Non-member Registration: Your non-member registration fee includes a one-year membership with NCTM and a year's subscription to an NCTM journal of your choice. Group Registration: To register five or more attendees you must register by September 10, 2010. To complete your student registration, you will be asked to send a photocopy of your student ID. Registration contact information is included on the form. Individual Registration Form: This form can be used for member, non-member, and non-member student registrations. Group registrations will not be accepted after September 10 ,2010. Registration Policies & General InformationCancellation Policy: NCTM will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing, prior to the conference by September 24, 2010 . Cancellations received after September 24 will not be eligible for refunds. ADA: Contact NCTM with any special needs requests as defined by ADA by email at ada@nctm.org or fax to 703-295-0956 before September 10, 2010. Your Program Book: NCTM's Online Conference Planner is available to assist attendees in planning for the conference and the program book will be available online in September. Unless specifically requested, program books will not be mailed and can be picked up on-site. However, for a $10 fee, those who register by September 10 can choose to have an advance copy of the Regional Conference program book mailed to them three weeks before the conference. You will be given this option on the registration form.Program Books will not be mailed to those residing outside the United States or Canada. Modify an Individual Registration: To modify your registration please have your Web ID ready. Your Web ID can be found on the email confirmation you received.
