Registration

Pre-Registration deadline is October 19, 2009

If you are registering for the Regional Conference and would like to use On-Line Purchase Order as a form of payment, you will need to attach a scanned copy of the signed Purchase Order in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to attach a scanned copy at this time, you will need to complete a registration form and fax that to NCTM Registration with a copy of the Purchase Order.

Attendees will receive their badges two weeks prior to the conference.

We encourage registrants to join NCTM's Go Green initiative and opt to receive their Program Book onsite. If desired, you may instead elect to receive your book by mail. You will be given this option on the registration form.

• Student Non-Member Registration: Click here to register.
  If you are registering as a student non-member you will need to attach a scanned copy of your student ID in order to complete your registration. If you are unable to attach a copy of your student ID at this time please complete a registation form and fax the form along with a copy of your student ID to NCTM Registration.
• Non-Member Registration: Click here to register.
• Group Registration: Click here to register 5 or more attendees. Group registrations will not be accepted after October 19, 2009.

• Click here or call (888) 747-8704 to modify an existing registration. A Web ID is required. (The ID can be found on the email confirmation you received).

Cancellations: NCTM will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing, prior to the conference by November 6th. Cancellations received after November 6th will not be eligible for refunds.




Housing

All official NCTM Nashville Regional 2009 hotels are currently full. You may click here to search for unofficial available hotels in the Nashville area.

• These are NOT official NCTM 2009 inspected or approved hotels.
• Guests will be responsible for transportation to and from the meetings.
• Guest's charge card may be charged for the full payment upon submitting your reservation request.
