Conference fees are as follows:
(Based on your Conference level at the beginning of fiscal June 2011)

Advisor/Unit Manager/Division Manager: $190

Region Manager: Earned Complimentary Registration for Self

Zone Manager and Field Vice President:
Earned Complimentary Registration for Self and Spouse

Your registration fee includes:

Guest fee*: $175
Guest registration fee includes:

*Must be 18 years of age; limit one guest per Advisor/Manager. Guests will not be allowed to attend Advisor/Manager breakout sessions.
Children, including infants, are not permitted in any Conference venues.

Housing:
Hotel registration will open on Monday, March 26 at noon CST. This gives you the opportunity to coordinate any roommate arrangements in advance.

Breakout Sessions:
Registration for breakout sessions will open on May 9, after Conference registration closes. A full schedule of available sessions, times and speakers will be provided to you on that date.

Butterfly Story Submission:
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to submit your Butterfly Story. If you are not ready to submit your Butterfly Story during registration, that's okay! You can submit your story after you register by returning to this Web site and clicking the "Modify My Conference" button on this page, and then selecting "Modify Survey Information". Butterfly Stories must be submitted prior to registration close (noon CST on Friday, May 4).

New Advisors / Off Mail Advisors:
After March 12, all new Advisors who join lia sophia and submit a Starter Show or off mail Advisors who reactivate by submitting a qualified Show will be able to register for Conference the Monday afternoon after the week-ending of their start date. In order to attend Conference as an Advisor, your start date/reactivation date must be April 27 or prior. 

For example:
Starter Show/Qualified Show submitted for week-ending March 23 can register for Conference beginning Monday, March 26 after 2 p.m. CST.


 

Registration for Fashion Forward Conference 2012 has now closed.

 

Badges will be required to enter the following Conference venues: U.S. Cellular Arena, The Frontier Airlines Center, The Milwaukee Theatre and Zilli Lake and Gardens, along with any other lia sophia-sponsored events. Badges will be mailed to Conference attendees during the week of June 4, 2012.

 

Substitutions will not be allowed for Advisors/Managers who register and cancel.

 

You must be present at Conference in order to receive Conference materials.
