All hotels require a credit card guarantee to hold your reservation. All guarantees MUST be processed through ADA Housing. NO reservation will be made without a credit card guarantee. Your card will NOT be charged by ADA Housing, however the hotel may charge your card prior to check in.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy Information - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before April 24, 2008. Cancellations postmarked by February 21, 2008 will receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations postmarked between February 22 and April 24 will receive a refund less 50%. Cancellations postmarked after April 24, 2008 will not receive a refund. Substitutions and name changes are not permitted. Every effort will be made to process refunds within one month. Pin purchases are non-refundable. Webcast purchases will be 100% refundable if canceled prior to June 5, 2008.

The ADA reserves the right to accept, reject or condition acceptance, based on ADA's sole discretion, for any reason which need not be disclosed to the applicant. Photography, including camera enabled phones, videotaping and audio recorders in session rooms and workshops is forbidden.
