Registration

• Member Registration You must be a member as of June 1, 2008 to qualify for the member rate.
• Non Member Registration
• New or Renewing Member Registration
• Modify an existing registration
  (Your Registration Web ID number is required)

To register as a Student/Resident or Fellow, print out the forms and fax to 972-349-7715. (Include a certificate of status)

Housing

• Reserve your hotel room
• Modify an existing hotel reservation
  (Your Housing Web ID number is required.)

All hotels require a deposit of one night's room and tax (for each room) to hold your reservation. All guarantees MUST be processed through ADA Housing. NO reservation will be made without a deposit. Your credit card will be charged for the deposit required at the hotel to which you are assigned.

Important - do not fax and mail to avoid duplicate records and charges.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy Information - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before April 24, 2008. Cancellations postmarked by February 21, 2008 will receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations postmarked between February 22 and April 24 will receive a refund less 50%. Cancellations postmarked after April 24, 2008 will not receive a refund. Substitutions and name changes are not permitted. Every effort will be made to process refunds within one month. Pin purchases are non-refundable. Webcast purchases will be 100% refundable if canceled prior to June 5, 2008.

The ADA reserves the right to accept, reject or condition acceptance, based on ADA's sole discretion, for any reason which need not be disclosed to the applicant. Photography, including camera enabled phones, videotaping and audio recorders in session rooms and workshops is forbidden.
